I have a MSA account with them that I have been trying to close for the last 3 years. I've called them at least 4 times and every time a very friendly person assures me that they will sent me the paper work to close the account and they never do.

Months go by and I receive nothing. They keep charging me a monthly maintenance fee of $3.50 which they do take off the account when I call but they won't close the account.

I am extremely frustrated about this and am not sure what steps I need to take to have this taken care of. I would never recommend them to anyone!

Reason of review: Return, Exchange or Cancellation Policy.

Preferred solution: close the account as promised.
