On Benefit Wallet, I have invested large portion of my HSA Account fund into "Investment" on 16-December-2018. The fund got transferred from HSA account as i can see the reduced balance amount there. However, on the investment side of the account, which is manged by internal Benefit Wallet's Subsidy "SaveDaily.com", the Investment Account Status is showing "In-Process-Waiting for Settlement" after completion of 2 days on 18-December-2018.

This is absolutely fishy. The transfer of fund into an investment account online should not take this long. I have invested in "VITSX" Vanguard Total Stock market Index Passive-Investment Fund. The market is constantly falling in the last 2 days. Why Benefit Wallet not able to complete the settlement? Why they are waiting?

I have called my Financial Consultant and he has asked me to report this issue and ask in writing explanation.

I have called customer support today (6:35 pm EDT and noted all the details, took screen shots for the status of my account in the last 2 days). The support rep is not able to answer reason for delay? She tried to reach internal team - no help. She will not respond by email. Your emails to the CS are not logged or you can see in the archive - as a history or transparency of information.

I am thinking i might have made a costly mistake. I will update this FORUM once i get more information.

Please share any similar experiences.
