Be aware that if you set up an investment account to invest your HSA money they clearly disclose the 50 bps or whatever the fund charges but there is also a $15/mo fee just to have any investments at all. Which means even if you have say $4000 invested, this is 4.5% fees which is EXTREMELY high.

There is no point to have any investments at all. Then they pay no interest on the other account, which is also a scam, because other basic deposit accounts pay something.

- Please note the below clarification on the correct fees associated with investments. There is a monthly fee of $2.90 per month, associated with enrollment in the investment platform.

It is $2.90 whether the account holder is invested in 1, 20, or any number of funds in between. Save Daily administers/charges this fee, not BenefitWallet. The HSA does earn interest monthly. The interest amount is dependent on the balance in the account as well as your employer's health plan.

Your employer dictates which health plan provider the account is linked to and the terms of your health plan.
