BenefitWallet - Copies of checks - make your own archive
I had a provider say they never received checks so I went to BenefitWallet to get copies of the cancelled check they sent. Surprise!
you only get access to those for 30 days - when most places don't start giving you overdue bills until AFTER that point. You do apparently get 2 free - but now I will have to save every check myself to a SEPARATE archive - highly inconvenient and not something that would happen with my own bank where check images are available for 3 years - plenty of time for a disputed check charge. This is a BenefitWallet fail. If you are to be my account then why are you not acting the way another account would?
I guess I have to start paying and then having them pay me? Also very inconvenient!
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
