Filed a claim Dec.14th.for rhe balance of my husbands account to be deposited to his checking account now that he is on Medicare. Was told that it would take 3 to 5 business days, then another rep said 8, it is now January 10th.and still waiting for approved disbursement into our checking account.Why is it we can't get definitive answers from anyone. Tired of calling.
