BenefitWallet - All Payed but suspended

So my wife went to get new glasses and she payed with the benefit wallet card, benefit said we cant used the card for glasses... 
so my wife didn't want to make a big deal about it so she just payed benefit back, so benefit took money charge again and said we didn't pay it back but have the receipt.
So we fax over the receipt, four days later benefit suspended the benefit wallet card.
We called back over and over get it all cleared up but its two weeks now and still the benefit wallet is still suspended. I'm not sure why they are still in business but if you can stay away from Benefit Wallet because they benefit not YOU.

All FSA claims need substantiation, according to IRS requirements. This is why some claims are approved and some need substantiation documents. Some transactions, such as debit card transactions, cannot be auto-substantiated, based on IRS guidance. Use of an FSA card does not remove or reduce the requirements for proof of eligibility under IRS regulations.
Some purchases will still need to be substantiated with detailed receipts or an Explanation of Benefits (EOB). Distributions from an FSA are explained in IRS Publication 969 at www.irs.gov.
